PORTRAIT-ROBOT APPLICATION:

Pronic's autonomous machine is a production tool providing multiple advantages.
It is possible to use one Pronic tapping machine to fit taps on various different parts by changing the installation and configuration of the tapping heads. This technology quickly makes the initial investment profitable at a low cost. It also allows you to produce batches of parts with an average volume or even a low volume.
In a nutshell, the Pronic autonomous machine is modular. It offers great flexibility and guarantees a return on investment in the short term.
To maintain a fast rate, several parts can be tapped at once. Related operations can be integrated into one single machine: controls, cleaning, setting, etc.

Manually loaded autonomous machine
16 parts to tap with 1 or 2 M6 to M10 taps
Rotating plate with:
• 4 tapping stations
• 4 stations for tapping control using thread plug gage
• 1 unloading station
• 1 cleaning station.
Manual loading, position controlled via camera.
Unloading using pick and place electromagnetic manipulator arm
External tap lubrication by micro-lubrication nozzles
Tap position is detected by a high precision digital contact sensor.
Series can be changed in a just a few moments (about 20 min)
Rate: 30 parts/min
