Pronic will be present at MIDEST, the only international trade fair specialized in industrial sub-contracting, which will be held in Paris from 6th to 9th December 2016 at the Parc des Expositions, Villepinte. This will be the chance to display its range of products and above all two new developments.
Always at the cutting edge of technologies, MIDEST will be the opportunity for us to present two new products. Firstly, the CENTROLUB range for the lubrication of taps; also, visitors will be able to discover our new development in AUTO SET UP for automatic adjustment of tapping spindles.
LUBRICATION THROUGH THE TAP CENTRE:
With the help of our partner Bass, we have tested and approved lubrication of taps through the centre. This solution already proven in the machining sector has now been adapted for use with our in-die tapping solutions.
The gains are significant:
• of lubricant consumption
• Increase in tap life
• Precision of lubricant spraying

AUTOMATIC ADJUSTMENT SPINDLE (AUTO SET UP)
In the context of developing our mechatronic solutions for tapping and mindful of achieving set-up time reductions, we offer you this evolution in tapping spindles.
It is now possible to equip our tapping units with an automatic adjustment function.
The M400v2 tapping control is connected to the spindle and detects its position by self-learning machine technology. In this way, adjustment of the work setting is carried out automatically.
This function allows you to:
• Reduce set-up time
• Reduce down-time for tap changes
• Increase productivity
• Control kinematics
