Adeline – Inbound Quality Controller in the Logistics Department
Adeline, a 29-year-old mother of 2, joined us in 2022 as incoming goods quality manager in the logistics department.
Her background in microtechnology and her love of industry led her to choose PRONIC, where she manages the quality control of incoming goods and the preparation of components for fitters.
Her training in microtechnology, a long-standing passion, dates back to her teenage years and is nourished by memories of workshops visited during her studies, where she developed an affinity for industrial work, the smell of oil reminding her of her father's job.
With a natural optimism, Adeline brings contagious enthusiasm to the team, lighting up the workshop with her colorful outfits and warm smile.

Julien – Team Leader and Innovation in the Tapping Design Office
At 44 and with over 20 years' experience at PRONIC, Julien is a pillar of our team. Recruited in 2003 as part of a work-study program, he has progressed to become Team Leader of the design office in charge of tapping solutions.
After graduating with a mechanical technology diploma at the university, he went on to earn a degree in engineering design under the tutelage of Matthieu (just below), a mentor who has left a lasting impression on his career.
His passion for innovation and continuous improvement is reflected in the solutions he develops, such as Auto-SetUp, a technology that makes our machines even more intuitive for our customers.
As technical and process referent, Julien is the team's key resource and plays an essential role in the integration of new recruits.

Matthieu – Application Engineer and Expert Team Leader, Insertion Solutions
Matthieu embodies the expertise of the Insertion department as Team Leader for his sector. At 49, Matthieu has been part of our team for 24 years and has become a key figure in the company.
With a degree in production engineering, he ensures that best practice is applied to our working methods and to the technical solutions we deploy for our customers.
His role is at the heart of the technical side of things: he takes part in the start-up phases of our products, trains users, and provides after-sales support. As project manager, he also oversees the development of new solutions, such as the lift-blade distribution system (pictured), always striving for excellence for our customers.
What motivates him every day? The diversity of international projects, the technical challenges and the discovery of new cultures as he works with customers.
