At the beginning of this year, we are not going to introduce you to a new application but to tell you about us. Because Pronic is a company in constant evolution.

Thanks to the quality and reliability of our strategy, we have been chosen as the winner of the French government's "France Relaunch" plan, which supports its industrial nuggets. This will allow us to launch our projects faster than expected in 2022.

To remain a long-lasting player, it is necessary to know how to evolve and renew its means of production.

• Expansion.
  In order to enhance our industrial capacities, work has begun to expand our building. In particular, our machining and assembly departments will increase by 50%, allowing us to
  - to improve our machining capacity of parts
  - to enlarge our assembly area
  - to create an area dedicated to fine tuning and testing.
  Our goal? To always serve you better with even more qualitative solutions.
   
• New machining center.
  This expansion will lead to the acquisition of a new multi-axis machining center with a loading robot that will complete an already state-of-the-art machine park.
  This additional machine will make us more autonomous and reactive in order to provide you with spare parts more quickly.

• New ERP system
  The ERP solution that we were using until the end of 2021 has accompanied us for more than 20 years, and the services rendered have been exceptional.
  However, the evolution of interactions between the sales, R&D, methods, manufacturing and logistics departments, as well as the development of our press insertion business, has made this good software obsolete.
  The year 2022 is therefore the year of the change of ERP for Pronic and we have entrusted ProConcept (link to proconcept.ch) to take over and allow us to manage our daily operations as well as possible. The beginning with changes in habits is always complicated, but after 1 month of implementation, we are there!
  Your projects are in good hands and their management is followed and guaranteed without surprises.
   
• Development of the product
  Of course, we did not forget the essentials: our in-die tapping and insertion solutions.
  Our products are just like our company: constantly evolving! Our objective is to support you and to always remain as close as possible to your expectations.
  Thus, we have launched the serialization of certain insertion solutions (rings, studs, etc.) in order to offer you the best compromise between reliability, efficiency and return on investment.
  In addition, in order to be more reactive, to be better-priced and to be more competitive, we are developing an in-house distribution system for certain inserts.
  Finally, we are continuing to improve our in-die tapping solutions to provide the most complete tailor-made solution with optimized productivity.
