THE CHOSEN SOLUTION
The new XT Mechanical tapping module,
based on the TKN range - with 8 tapped holes per module.
- 2 tapping units inside the module
- 8 total M8x1.25 taps
- 4 servo-motors
- 16 total lubrication nozzles - 2 per tap
Module includes two mobile supports.
The first is for following the strip during the press cycle (vertical movement).
The second mobile support lifts the tappers to clear for the feeding of the strip - and then lowers them to begin the tapping operation as known as Quick Approach.
The movement of the tapping station are made by nitrogen cylinders.
