Guarantee the availability of after-sales service throughout the entire life cycle
Even if some of the equipment is entirely dedicated to a specific project (such as the insertion head), many peripherals are reusable: distribution trolley, lubrication, motorization, tapping controller, etc. By playing with "Lego," we develop our products to adapt them to your new needs at a lower cost.
 
Our best example of scalability? Equipment initially designed for 90 CPM now runs at 120 CPM thanks to collaborative optimization work with the customer.

Optimized ROI + Environmental commitment
To reduce investment and optimize your return on investment, we opt for the reuse of sub-assemblies from the design stage onwards:
 
Insertion head reusable in another tool with the same insert
Single-spindle tapping device adaptable with a different tap
Lubrication unit, cart, servo motors... everything is reusable
During a project, we work with you to determine what you can reuse from your existing Pronic equipment and what you can reuse for future projects. This approach is both economical AND environmentally friendly: the two are inseparable.
