We encourage collaboration and teamwork through our Kaizen approach, a method of continuous improvement that enables us to achieve great things through small changes initiated on a daily basis.

Our stand-up meetings three times a week and our horizontal management style encourage open and transparent communication between all departments.
We also encourage innovation and risk-taking by gathering ideas from our team and rewarding creative initiatives.
Celebrating success We regularly organize group outings to celebrate our team's individual and collective successes. At PRONIC, we know that every victory counts and deserves to be celebrated together.

In our team, everyone's hobbies and passions are diverse, but two things bring us all together:
•  Sport, with our go-karting, running, cycling and hiking outings,
• Good food!

OUR ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY Well aware that we still have a long way to go, we are doing everything we can to become as environmentally friendly an industry as possible, using the resources at our disposal. Here are a few examples of concrete actions we have taken to demonstrate our commitment:


• Our electricity comes from 100% renewable energy (hydro dam), TUV certified.
• Detailed monitoring of all our energy sources is visible on a TV screen at all times to every employee.
• 4 carports (over 12 outlets) are covered with solar panels (the first in 2013) for charging PRONIC cars and employee vehicles.
• We took 2nd place in the "companies with 20 to 100 employees" category at departmental level in the 2023 Auvergne Rhône-Alpes mobility challenge, which aims to promote more sustainable, environmentally-friendly travel practices. Let's get ready for the 2024 challenge!

Our commitment to continuous improvement Since our beginnings in 1989, we have recognized the importance of constant evolution to remain competitive in the marketplace and to respond effectively to the needs of our customers and employees.
