Thanks to its strength in technological innovation, Pronic has designed a unique system on the market for the insertion of push nuts. These are distributed by carts – each containing one or two vibrating bowls. From here, each nut is blown through a tube to its respective insertion head.
What are these solutions useful for ?
Particularly suitable for the automotive industry, these push nuts provide a quick and easy fastening point to attach large assemblies - such as the bumpers, door panels or the dashboard - onto the structure of the vehicle.
The tool configuration allows the components to be installed vertically or horizontally, as required.
