Pronic will attend the EuroBLECH exhibition in Hanover

Once again this year, we will be attending the EuroBLECH exhibition in Hanover in Germany, from 25 to 29 October. At this 24th session, we will be proud to present to you our latest advances as regards the improvement of our products and of their performance. This will be an opportunity for Pronic to unveil its innovative solutions as regards in-die tapping.
 

LUBRICATION THROUGH THE CENTRE OF THE TAP :
We have, with the assistance of our partner Bass, tested and approved the lubrication of taps via the centre of them. This solution – which has already been tried and tested in the area of machining – has now been adjusted and is being used in conjunction with our tapping solutions. 
Gains are significant:

• Less lubricant is used;
• The lifetime of taps is increased;
• Accurate spraying of lubricant.

AUTO SET UP FUNCTION OF THE SPINDLE :
Within the framework of the development of our mechatronic solutions for tapping and with the aim of reducing the time required to put them in place, we can now provide you with a new type of tapping spindle.
We can now equip our tapping appliances with an automatic setting feature.
The M400v2 tapping controller is connected to the spindle and is aware of its position by means of artificial intelligence, through a self-teaching process. Thus the operating position is set automatically.
This feature enables you to:

• Reduce set-up time;
• Reduce the stoppage time required to change taps;
• Gain in productivity;
• Control kinematics.
