Each Pronic solution is unique and adapted to the requirements and needs of clients :
- Multispindle devices from the Bx or TK line with small center-distance • Mounting on strip guide to begin tapping just after the strip running
- Mechanical (progressive tools) or electromechanical drive (multiple slides) • Oil lubrication of the drive and tapping head
- Template gear head for high reliability and small thread pitches • Application rate: 100 to 240 strokes per minute
- Lubrication of external threads by micro-droplet spray nozzles
